Absolute joke of a dentist. Canceling appoints an hour before it's time. Takes them months to get out referrals. Dosnt communicate with insurance. I have no idea how this place is in business.

Truthfully I wish i could give 0 stars as i am now missing two teeth in my early twenties all because he drilled too deep on a tooth that didn’t have a cavity and killed the root. He then proceeded to lie to me that my insurance didn’t cover a root canal and pulled the tooth leaving a large sharp chunk behind that i had to go to a different dentist to get removed. The chunk he left in damaged the two teeth next to the one that was pulled resulting in a double root canal and two crowns.

What i am most appalled of is the new front desk lady’s attitude. I got called into work and needed to reschedule and she proceeded to tell me that I shouldnt go to work and should come in for my appointment instead in an extremely condescending tone and then proceeded to talk to another staff member like i was stupid when i could hear her on the phone. On a positive note the dental assistants do a fantastic job

I would like to give negative starts. Try and go anywhere but here unless you have the entire day to spend waiting. My husband was scheduled an appointment at 9am for a wisdom tooth removal. I obviously waited in the car not knowing what medication he was going to receive. At 10:20 they gave him the numbing shots- they did not go in the room and get to him until 1pm he sat there for Nearly 4 hours for the dentist to come in and take the tooth out in 7 minutes. I waited in the car for 4 hours with my 1 year old who was miserable.

I finally went in and asked what was happening because my husband was not answering me. She told me it took so long because he also got a cleaning. 4 Hours is absolutely ridiculous. I honestly don’t even blame the dentist I blame the incompetent scheduling/administration in the front who obviously don’t know how to schedule correctly. My husband told me the cleaning took 20 minutes and around 7-10 minutes to remove the tooth. They had over 20 people in and out of that office the time my husband was in there waiting.

Schedulers need to take a course on 101 how to schedule🙄Here’s a tip if you schedule a patient to have a wisdom tooth removed at 9am, maybe block off the next appointment until 10am/10:30 for extractions, not 15 people in between unless they are for cleaning or something the assistants can handle while the dentist is with a patient. Use your brain. Not to mention when I complained about the amount of time it took they looked at me like I was the stupid one. You all need to go back to school because you need some training in this field. Very incompetent people working here.

If I could give 0 stars or negatives up to 5 I'd give this place -5 because Dr. Gresham himself is a horrible dentist who intentionally performs dental malpractice often and will cause more issues for you than what you had when you came in just to charge you more money and if you've got insurance that's great news to him because it means that when you go in and ask for help with one issue he'll go ahead and drill into abunch of your other teeth that were fine just to rack up the bill that your insurance is covering and maybe if you're lucky he'll actually fix the issue you asked for help with, though he'll do a terrible job at it and the filling might just come out in about 4 weeks or less.

It's sad that when it comes to getting a cavity fixed it's better off pulling the tooth out than coming to here because he'll just cause other issues and drill into teeth that were entirely fine, and if you want to lawsuit them for dental malpractice, goodluck and I hope you have enough money to win because I've called the courthouse around here about it before and the lady I spoke with on the phone asked me which dentist it was first and then told me "I don't advise trying to take them to court" so that's just a great sign right there.
