I really like the dental hygienists & the dentist, but unfortunately the front of office staff seems to be unable to fulfill their duties correctly. They have incorrectly sent messages stating that an appointment was rescheduled, just for me to arrive & be told that I “missed my appointment”? After which the dentist needed to squeeze me in at the end of the day due to their own error & was in a rush to get me out of there. Also, beware their “confirm before 24 hours” policy because they will cancel your appointment even if you do reach out more than 24 hours prior.

So it appears that scheduling is a consistent issue at this location. Time for me to find a new dental office, there are so many options in Queens for anyone to settle coming here.

The front desk is very courteous, the assistants are very accommodating and the doctor himself explains in detail what he believes need to be done. I am 70 + & been to a lot of dentists in my life. I highly recommend this place.

Margarita and the other lady receptionist were very helpful. I needed to have root canal done and they were able to work me in in their tight schedule. I walked-in and I was able to see Dr. Dechavez.

Dr Dechavez really attended to my needs as far as getting my root canal done. An excellent doctor! I didn’t experience much pain after my procedure was done. Thank you for taking care of me. Your office is clean and very organized! Everyone there is friendly and accommodating! I give this clinic definitely a 5 star!!
