While the dentist and assistants were great pertaining to care, the front administrative person was absolutely horrific. We have a special needs child with a heart condition. When we went for our consultation appointment we were quoted one price range for our child's treatment. Once our child was under anesthesia, the woman told us to sign a new invoice which was thousands of dollars more than we had been quoted.

We were shoked and were pressured by this woman telling us "You need to sign this now, your child in under anesthesia". It was a terrible experience and I genuinely hope that they make a staffing change which will include education on transparent business practices and sensitivity to special needs children and their families.

I had an appointment today for my 5 years old son, and we was just shocked! We was there exactly a year ago, that time the stuff was really friendly and nice, but this time they was awful! Also, trying to telling you that the Healthy Smile program covers only 1 visit/ year, which is a wrong information, it's 9 months! Anyway, I can't understand when you work with kids, you just need to be nice, funny, have time for them, not just rushed out from your office! My son asked me to please not bring him back there anymore, I won't for sure!

We made a surgery to our 32-month-old daughter yesterday. Despite the enormity of the process, the clinic staff made it very simple and easy, and it was remarkably successful. I want to thank all the staff working in the clinic for their distinguished treatment and concern for the sick child and his companions, especially Dr.

Derek Decloux for his elaborate work, which brought happiness to our hearts and healing to our daughter.

I wish there were negative reviews. They don't listen, charge a hefty bill from you and smile Ontario. Before the treatment, I told them that all bill go to Smile Ontario. After the treatment she told me that I have to pay all the bill then Smile Ontario gonna pay me back. Smile Ontario just paid back 20% of the bill.

When they called me for the refund, they got my credit card no to refund, I asked the lady to verify the credit card no by repeating, she said no need money is already refunded in my credit card. It is been 3 days, I did not get any refund. Very surprising, she did not even bother to verify the credit card number.
