This review is on behalf of my brother with the dentist. After a very negative experience with the dentist in Caledonia. He came to see this dentist. They took xrays and came up with a dental plan. They pulled some teeth. After his appointment, he was given antibiotics and something for pain. They made him feel at ease. He now has a dentist for life .. He highly recommends this dentist office

Very incompetent & unprofessional. You are literally risking your life with this dentist. Did multiple xrays without the lead apron. Did no work & gave a ridiculous reason as to why. Prescribed antibiotics which were not compatible for someone with crohns, very uneducated. I had to go to an emergency dentist in Hamilton as the tooth was not infected but rotted to the nerve causing me agony. After all that, Hagersville Dental Arts couldn't figure out how to submit the claim to my ins. They accused me of giving them incorrect info when they copied it right off my ins card.
They accused me of purposely not paying & on the 1 & only phone call I received to inform me they were too incompetent to put a claim through, they threatened to send my account to collections. They kicked me out, hung up on me when I called to let them kno why the claim didn't go through (their error). All in all the absolute worste dental experience ever. Caused tremendous stress, pain & extra cost. Currently speaking with a lawyer. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Do not go to this dentist if U don't want to be treated horribly & waste time & money. Again you are risking your life if you use this dentist.
As a response to your lies in your reply to this review: No you are not sorry or you would not have treated a potential patient the way you treated me. I did call you & your secretary who acts about all of 12yrs old hung up on me. She also lied in the voicemail she left for me. It took you 2 weeks to send the benefit forms to me yet I signed them the next day & sent them immediately back to you by registered mail (as your account of situations cannot be trusted). So before you accuse a person of not wanting to pay a tiny bill (as you did nothing for me & my tooth causing me agony) at least attempt to properly inform the patient of the situation that was caused by you & your staff as you are the only dentist I've ever dealt with who couldn't use my benefits properly. How are you even still operating??? How much damage have you caused for others??? You May not be "allowed" to discuss this situation but I can. Treat your patients properly & with respect so they don't feel threatened.

Recently move nearby - I have tried a few other dentists with little success…. Happy I finally found Hagersville Dental. Staff and service were nothing short of amazing! They will be my go to dentist from here on out. Thanks!

Hagersville Dental Arts Centre has done it again, delivering top-notch care! Dr. Gauri Mall and her team are friendly, professional, and genuinely concerned about your comfort and well-being. My recent visit was seamless. The hygienist was gentle and thorough, and took the time to explain my treatment and answer all my questions. The office is modern, clean, and well-organized, with up-to-date equipment.
The staff are always courteous and accommodating. What really impresses me is their commitment to preventative care and patient education. They truly care about keeping my teeth and gums healthy for the long haul!Highly recommend Hagersville Dental Arts Centre for anyone seeking exceptional dental care in a welcoming environment.
