I want to start by saying that the endodontist was very skilled at her work. The procedure itself was done well, and I appreciated her technical expertise. However, I felt it was important to leave an honest review based on my overall experience. When I initially made the appointment, I made it clear to the front desk staff that I suffer from extremely bad anxiety, especially in medical and dental settings. Unfortunately, during the final part of my procedure, I experienced an anxiety attack and started to feel like I couldn’t breathe.

I communicated this to the team, and while they acknowledged it, they left the rubber dam in place despite my distress. At the same time, I began crying and feeling overwhelmed, which made the situation worse. What was most disheartening was the doctor’s response. While I was visibly upset and struggling to breathe, she said, “Jesus, calm down. ” This comment, though perhaps not meant to be harsh, felt dismissive and invalidating in a moment when I was extremely vulnerable.

While I genuinely appreciated the quality of the dental work, the lack of empathy during a critical moment made me feel very uncomfortable. Because of this, I’ve decided not to return. Compassion and understanding are just as important as technical skill—especially for patients with anxiety—and I hope this feedback helps create more awareness for future care.

I recently had a root canal done and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the process was. The procedure itself was far less painful than I expected—just some pressure and mild discomfort. The dentist and staff were very professional, made sure I was comfortable, and explained everything clearly.

After the anesthesia wore off, I had some soreness, but it was manageable with over-the-counter pain relief. Overall, I’m relieved the infection is gone and my tooth was saved.

Avid Learner

I got a last minute appointment before July 4th independence weekend and was in severe pain requiring root canal to be done. Dr. Nadia Liss and her team were very professional and nice. They show their care by following up to make sure the patient is doing well post the visit and even were ready to support on the long weekend if needed. I highly recommend them. Thank you 🙏

Dr Liss and staff were wonderful!! She answered any questions and informed me of what she was doing all during root canal, state of the art equipment. Office very well done and informative. If you need a root canal she’s your gal!
