Such good people! I have went to several dentists over the years and I have finally found a dentist who is kind, knowledgeable, and upbeat! The support staff is simply outstanding, they treat you with respect and help make the visit productive.

I am pretty new to the area and this was recommended by a friend when I had a dental emergency. The team here was so amazing. They saw me ASAP, I was clearly stressed with everything going on and Dr. Samuels was incredibly informative during the appointment and very composed. She helped me stay calm as well.
I've had follow up appointments since and they've all been the same level of high quality. I had an emergency appointment during the shut down and she took all of the necessary precautions, and was well versed on new recommendations from the ADA. I cannot recommend them enough.

This review is based on my personal experience: I’m not totally sure what to say here. This dentist does not even deserve one star. I went in to have a filling replaced. She said that there was also some decay. Okay fine. I’ve had fillings before. The minute she administered the shot to numb me I’ve never felt so much pain at a dentist EVER. And I’ve had a cavity in that same tooth and again, barely any pain. She kept going and it still hurt like hell. I asked why it hurt so much as I’ve never felt pain like that before and she said they use a different agent for the numbing now, and that it’s more painful but more effective. Well not effective enough bc I could feel the drilling and needed another shot. The second one hurt, but less because I was already numb. I still felt the drilling. At this point I wasn’t sure what to do because again, I’ve never felt that kind of pain before with the shot and I was concerned about nerve damage. I voiced this.
I asked if there needed to be much more drilling and she said yes, she barely drilled anything, and that she hadn’t even gotten to the decay. She also said I was really thin and that was part of the reason why it hurt. Okay, I’ve been thin all my life and this has never happened. She also said I was anxious and that was making it hurt more. Not so, because numb is numb. Where I’m at in my head had nothing to with it. Then she said that I came into the appointment with a pessimistic attitude. You read that right. This whole thing was my fault because I was “pessimistic. ” Translation: I was asking too many questions and she didn’t like it. She said that it’s obvious “I don’t trust her. ” Why? Because I had felt new pain that I’d never felt at a dentist? So that translates to “distrust?” She was so incredibly unprofessional. So I left and said I won’t be back. About a half hour later I drove over to Fairway Dental. I explained the situation and asked if there is any way they could possibly see me because I’m still numb and I didn’t know if there was a hole in my tooth.
- She had said she didn’t drill a lot but at this point no, I didn’t trust her. They were able to get me in. The gave me an X-ray. The dentist was SO nice and understanding. He also told me that 90 percent of the filling was GONE. Dr. Samuels said she has barely drilled! He also said there was NO more decay in the tooth. Whereas Dr. Samuels said she hadn’t even gotten to the decay! So basically she let me walk out of there not telling me 90 percent of the filling was gone. The dentist at Fairway informed me that once the numbing wore off I would have been in a lot of pain because so much of the filling was already gone. Thankfully, he filled it and sent me on my way. In my opinion Dr. Samuels should not be allowed to practice and I will be calling the American Dental Association.

Had a few services here for the past year, including wisdom teeth extraction. Dr. Samuels and her team are simply the best. They really make you feel taken care of. Also, the office is beautiful and very relaxing. I actually look forward to my office visits. All in all, just a very pleasant experience.
