Hamilton Pediatric Dental Care

Hamilton Pediatric dental care is a godsend for parents of little ones! My 4-year-old used to panic at the dentist, but after just three visits here, she walks in grinning. Dr. Patel and her team are pros at making kids feel safe—they use silly terms like “tooth bubbles” for fluoride and let her hold a stuffed animal during cleanings. The office is a kid’s paradise: bright murals of jungle animals, a play area with puzzles, and TVs showing cartoons on the ceiling.

They send us home with fun brushing charts and stickers, turning oral care into a game. The staff remembers her favorite color and asks about her daycare friends. Finally, a pediatric dentist that turns fear into excitement—we’re lifelong fans!

Trying to get dentist appointment for my daughter approximately for more than a year now… I noticed that dental clinics do whatever they want. I understand that my review will not change anything and regretfully people will still are going to go there but may be it will help to someone. I don’t know the quality of the professionals working there may be they are the most skilled in the world my experience started and ended in the waiting room. We waited one hour for our appointment that was booked. No, I wasn’t just sitting there without doing anything at twenty five minutes I approached front desk and was told that they are running SLIGHTLY behind. Ok we continued to wait.

People were coming and going. Then one of the mothers approached the receptionist and told her that it’s her daughter nap time ( they were waiting for 15 min) and miracle happened they were taken in almost immediately while we were still sitting. I think at this point my husband had enough so he loudly pointed out that it’s a little bit unfair. Again we were told that they are running behind ( interestingly enough just for our appointment) so we decided to leave. As soon as we put clothes on someone came and called my daughter name I told to that person that I’m sorry but we had waited for too long. She came to reception told something to them and no sorry were even said.

Someone will argue that we should stay but as a person who works in healthcare myself I found such attitude towards patients disrespectful and unacceptable. I would never make my patients weight for an hour for booked appointment without even saying that I’m sorry. I mean if they are running that behind they could call us and reschedule appointment or ask us to came later but no people there did not care even for a second about someone else’s time. I understand that loosing us as a patients is not a big deal due to lack of competition and regulations that would protect customers this clinic will continue to make money. If someone from this clinic is reading please make sure that you did not bill insurance because I’ll definitely call them and let them know that we did not had an appointment and didn’t received any services.

Small children and trips to the dentist? Doomed to failure, right? Wrong. The team at Hamilton Pediatric Dentist take exceptional care of our two young ones. Vee, an amazing hygienist, is exceptional with kids - putting them at ease, explaining what everything is and making the trip pleasant.

Visits are quick yet thorough. Our kids leave enthusiastic about their dental care and looking forward to their next visit.

Absolutely would recommend in a heartbeat. They were so patient and helpful with my child…. They care and take the time with each person. They took the time to show my daughter what they were doing and would go at her pace… truly an experience that for children make it positive and not negative.
