Detailed Introduction

Hanover Endodontics is a highly specialized dental clinic located at 201 Allegheny Ave, Hanover, PA 17331. The practice is dedicated to providing comprehensive endodontic services, which primarily focus on the health of the dental pulp and the roots of teeth. The clinic is led by Dr. Adams, who is certified by the American Board of Endodontics, signifying a high level of expertise and commitment to the field. Hanover Endodontics offers a wide array of treatments designed to save natural teeth and alleviate pain. Their core services include: Root Canal Treatment: This procedure involves removing infected or inflamed pulp, cleaning and shaping the inside of the root canal system, and then filling and sealing the space to prevent future infection. Endodontic Retreatment: For teeth that have previously undergone root canal treatment but have not healed properly or have developed new issues, retreatment involves reopening the tooth to clean and reseal the canals. Endodontic or Apical Surgery (Apicoectomy): When traditional root canal treatment isn't sufficient, this surgical procedure involves removing the tip of the tooth's root (apex) and the surrounding infected tissue. Treatment for Cracked Teeth: The clinic diagnoses and treats various types of tooth cracks, aiming to preserve the tooth structure and prevent further damage or infection. Pulpotomy: A procedure primarily for primary teeth or immature permanent teeth, where only the coronal (top part) of the infected pulp is removed. Dental Trauma Management: Addressing injuries to teeth, such as fractures or displacements. Regenerative Endodontics: Utilizing biologically-based tissue engineering to restore the tooth canals of immature permanent teeth to a healthy state, allowing for continued root development. Single Tooth Internal Bleaching: A procedure to lighten the color of a single tooth that has darkened due to internal discoloration, often following a root canal. Hanover Endodontics emphasizes patient comfort and utilizes advanced technology to ensure effective and gentle treatment. They strive to create a comfortable environment, recognizing that endodontic procedures can be daunting for some patients. The clinic also assists patients with insurance support to help them maximize their benefits. With a focus on patient education, they empower individuals to make informed decisions about their oral health.

I had a great experience with this office. During my consultation they looked into my insurance so they could tell me exactly how much my root canal would be when I scheduled. I have COPD and was super paranoid to be in a dentist office during COVID. They couldn’t have been more understanding and accommodating. Dr Barak delivered painless numbing shots.

I have never had a painless shot to my interior gum! I think I nodded off twice during the procedure, I was that relaxed. He worked quickly and efficiently. The doctor called tonight to check on me. Seriously, just a really nice, smooth experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend them!

I needed a root canal and my dentist was booked until mid December. I had an infection and the pain was increasing as time went on. I called Hanover Endodontics and was able to get scheduled for a few days later. The staff was so pleasant and helpful and Dr.

Barak was amazing. Very kind, knowledgeable and pain free! I woke up the next morning feeling the best I have in weeks. I highly recommend this professional and caring practice.

Found this office in network. Barak had to diagnose a double root canal and explained what was going on with the x-ray pictures. He also shared the game plan to fix me up. Took over 1.5 hours and the bill was reasonable. Everyone was very friendly. I’ll go back if I need more work done.

DO NOT COME HERE! I got a root canal done here and Dr. Adams snapped an instrument off in my tooth and couldn’t finish the root canal. I had to have the tooth extracted. Worst part is he billed my dental insurance over $1,000. My dentil allowance for 2025 is $1500. Then wanted to do another root canal on tooth that already had a root canal done.
