Every member of the staff is inviting. Booking your appointment is easy, and they work with most insurances, including Medicaid. Our son is autistic and has struggled with oral care previously. Each member was reassuring and patient. They provided sunglasses to help him with the sensory input from the brigh lights. His highlight of the trip was Bluey on the TV while he was getting his cleaning.

The hygienist and doctor both explained and showed me concerns they were seeing and explained how and why things were happening. I loved the transparency, education, and acknowledgment of parental choice. We were not pressured a single time and were included in every step or decision. My daughter is 3 and had her first exam here! They were amazing with her, too. Keeping her engaged, providing her with some cool glasses, too. If your kiddo doesn't do well with the cleaning, they have manual toothbrushes they will clean with as well.

At the end of the exam, the kiddos got a goody bag with a toothbrush, flossers & floss and toothpaste. My son was presented with coins for their prize vending machine in the lobby. My daughter was gifted an age appropriate toy for her first time at the dentist. The coolest experience at a dentist! 👏👏👏👏👏👏

The staff is really nice and were patient and communicated the whole time while my kids were getting their teeth cleaned. They did an amazing job cleaning their teeth and made sure they were comfortable. So glad my kids have a new dentist that is all around wonderful!

Definitely recommend Hanover Pediatric Dentistry!! The staff was so warm and welcoming!:) super friendly!! Love how the staff as well as Dr Kim, spoke directly to my daughter . Let her see all the instruments, showing her that they weren't scary. How nice he spoke with her! Definitely love the compassion this office has! It took me 4 months to find a Dentist that would accept our insurance.

I'm so glad that it worked out in the end and we found this place! Will definitely continue taking my daughter here. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Today was our first visit as we were unhappy at our previous pediatric dentist...this place was phenomenal!!!!! My son is special needs and they could not have been kinder or more patient with him. Genuine people with a love of what they do. From the from desk staff, to our dental assistant, dentist, and referral manager ...kudos to you all!
