This place is all about making money. They will make up excuses as to why your kid needs thousands of dollars worth of work. Think about it. A kid that will lose these teeth in a matter of years. My kids got told he needs more work done than I ever had in my entire adult life.
I believe they use someone else’s X-rays to show some false results in order for you to go along with their plan to extort money from you! Just because you’re not knowledgeable in the field of dental. They pray on the fact it’s your kid and you’ll do whatever it takes to keep them healthy. My advice would be to take them to another dentist, one that is very highly recommended, and get a second opinion. I’m pretty sure most reviews on here are paid for.

Original Review: I usually don’t like to leave negative reviews, but I was disappointed with our recent experience. My son had a crown placed here, and it fell out just a couple of months later. While I understand things can happen, I was surprised that we were charged again for the visit and the replacement crown. Given how soon it failed after being installed, I feel like this should have been addressed as part of the original treatment. I hope the office reconsiders how situations like this are handled in the future.
Update: I’m happy to share the office reached out to me after my initial concern and handled everything professionally. They provided a refund and made things right, which I really appreciate. It’s clear they care about their patients and are willing to take responsibility when something doesn’t go as planned. Thank you for your follow-up and for turning the situation into a positive experience!

My 9 year old daughter has Down Syndrome and her oral health has been neglected by many other providers unwilling to take the time to care for her (accepting when she doesn't want her teeth looked at, refusing to open her mouth, being uncomfortable in a medical setting due to previous surgeries) resulting in the need for surgery and a yearly change in providers. Our last switch was to Happy kids after reading through their reviews.
Happy Kids is the FIRST place I have felt fully confident in her care and am 100% sure her comfortability is prioritized. Working with her every 3 months to get her more comfortable and familiar with her care team and providing a safe space for her to work towards surgery while incorporating preventative measures.
My daughter has never been "forced" to do a procedure at Happy Kids but is supported by multiple staff members and encouraged to follow through and be part of the procedure, resulting in more effective care. Staff cares about more than just oral health, they care about the whole child! With a fun addition of balloons and prizes, my daughter now looks forward to going to the dentist and confidently sits in the chair upon arrival instead of standing in the corner like her first few visits! I'll be sad when she ages out of pediatric dentistry!

Edit: I don’t normally write negative reviews, and I felt bad after posting one. However, the office reached out to me, and Dr. Suki took the time to explain everything clearly. This helped my family understand what had happened. While I wish the issue had been addressed before I felt the need to write a review, I appreciate the effort they made to resolve the matter and their willingness to follow up with me. Original: I was really unhappy with their service.
They seemed rushed and too busy to give proper care. My oldest has a small jaw, and during her visit, they used a sealant and some kind of jelly to keep her mouth open. She told them it was uncomfortable, but they did it anyway just to finish their job quickly. After that, she developed TMJ. I brought it up to them, and all they did was suggest warm compresses and avoiding hard foods—no real concern or proper treatment. At the two-week post-op appointment, they said they were done and there was nothing more they could do.
No sincere apology, no responsibility taken. It’s been a year now, and my daughter still hears a clicking sound every time she chews or opens her mouth. It’s incredibly frustrating and deeply disappointing.
