I like bringing my girls here i just dislike how my girls have a toothache and I'm trying to get it taken care asap but its hard when they have to do appointments after appointments after appointments that are scheduled weeks apart to even get help with relieving their pain and with 2 of my girls they didn't even log some of their appointments in their system so they had to do it all over again wich is very inconvenient and inconsiderate giving that I told them my girls are in pain and its not the first time they did this to us, it sucks as a parent to feel so helpless. I get it theres alot of kids who have appointments there but every child and their needs should matter too, My tribe referred them and honestly id rather take my girls back to sound orthodontics in tukwila cause they'll get everything taken care of ASAP when asked and they don't make us do 3 appointments on top of a consult to help get their teeth.

Not a good experience at all. This place does a poor job returning phone calls, even after dental surgery, when we had important concerns about our child who has multiple medical conditions. We were referred here by the Muckleshoot Tribe, but communication was terrible. No one followed up after we waited for a call back. I’ve already informed the Muckleshoot Tribe that we no longer want our children to come here and would prefer any other dental office, even if it’s farther away.

I like to stay in close contact with my son’s full medical team, and that requires a dental provider who communicates. We were very disappointed with Happy Kids Dentistry and their lack of follow-through. We will be taking our children to a different pediatric dental clinic moving- Forward.
