Dr Lim and Karla were absolutely amazing today during my filling appointment! I am super anxious when going to the dentist but they kept the vibe a wonderful light and fun energy! Great experience (something I never imagined saying about a dental appointment) the woman I saw Monday for a cleaning was wonderful as well, I wish I could remember her name! She deserves a shout out too!

This was my first visit to Happy Smiles and my experience was outstanding. From the front staff, the dental assistants, and Dr. Lin, everyone was so warm and welcoming and made me feel like I was the most important person there. They answered ALL of my questions. (and I had many) and I left feeling taken care of. What a great first time experience. I don't feel like it was for show either. I really think this is just WHO THEY ARE and it's so comforting.

We left our previous dentist who we loved because of distance and insurance so I was apprehensive about getting a new Dentist. Thank you Happy Smiles for giving me many reasons not to regret my choice. I look forward to my next appointment and bringing my family over! P. S. LOVE Dr. LIM!!!! She knows her stuff and just an outright wonderful personality! AND KARLA!!!! My Girl! She makes you feel like you all have been girlfriends since high-school. The two of them together are the DYNAMIC DUO! 😆

My experience with Happy Smiles Dental exceeded all expectations (especially considering I was skeptical about their glowing reviews - it almost seemed too good to be true). From the ease of initially scheduling online with prompt, clear follow-up to the actual visit itself, I was truly impressed by the quality of customer service and the genuinely friendly atmosphere of the whole office. Even though I take my oral hygiene very seriously, I had some lingering reservations about scheduling an appointment because I haven't been to a dentist since 2019, and was paranoid about how much dental work I would get quoted for; not to mention how stressful it was finding any availability for an appointment in the short-term.

After feeling immediately welcomed at the front desk, I was soon brought back by Karla, who made the whole process starting as a new client so smooth, clearly explaining each step while keeping it light-hearted and she had already made it the most enjoyable dentist appointment of my life, before Dr. Lim introduced herself and was so kind as she did her examination. She then proceeded to give me an unexpected but overwhelmingly positive report on my oral health, with helpful, straightforward insights and explanations.

I was so surprised I did not leave with a list of treatment options that I would have to figure out how to finance, just an even bigger smile than I walked in with and genuine excitement for my next visit for my 6-month cleaning!
