I wish I could give 6 stars…Dr. Moore is hands down the best vet I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, personable, and passionate and was able to explain every thing he did in Layman's terms.

My chihuahua has severe periodontitis and I was very nervous about his dental surgery today but the entire staff made the experience delightful and virtually stress free. Highly recommend!!

Even though they are not our regular vet, they helped immensely when our dog showed us it was his time to go. On a busy Saturday, and within minutes of my call, they made room in the schedule, and every staff member from the front desk to the veterinarian herself, was kind, accommodating, efficient, sensitive, and empathetic. I will be forever grateful for the care our Gus received in his final moments.

I can't thank Harborfront Hospital enough for saving my puppy Luna during a scary emergency. Our main vet didn't take a moment to check on my puppy so I rushed to Harborfront Hospital and Dr. Jackson and Haley (I hope I got her name right) were amazing - so caring, calm, and comforting, they quickly assessed my puppy's situation and explained everything clearly to me throughout the entire process. Even the young lady at the front desk went above and beyond to help me and my puppy right away.

I felt complete confidence in their care and am so grateful for their compassion and expertise in making our puppy feel better. They were incredibly professional, caring, and did everything they could to ensure the best outcome possible. I decided right then and there that I would make Harborfront Hospital our permanent vet!

When we first moved to the area, Harborfront was recommended by a family friend, and rightly so! We primarily see Dr. Jackson, but my cat also had his teeth cleaned by Dr. Moore. Both have wonderful bedside manner and it is obvious that they truly care about the well being of your pets and you. As a (probably sometimes over-the-top) helicopter pet parent, I never feel silly for asking lots of questions, calling "just to be on the safe side," or needing extra reassurance about treatment. I feel confident that their recommendations are in my pets' best interests and that they would treat their own fur kids the same. This often includes practical advice about what is reasonable and what the most extreme options would be, and guidance in choosing between those options. I must add that when I (quite unexpectedly) experienced my first pet loss a few years ago, I took comfort in knowing that we did everything that was reasonable to do for him. I will never forget the kindness and support of Dr.

Jackson and her whole team. They helped him go so comfortably and peacefully that, although incredibly heartbreaking, it felt like a final act of love. It was a gift to both of us and certainly helped me to process his loss. As to the office itself, it is always clean and well kept. Whenever an excited pup "dribbles" or "spills their coffee," as some of the staff like to say, someone's cleaning it up immediately. And the rooms are always sanitized between visitors for pet safety. The office seems to be well equipped for many procedures. Test results are often available very quickly and almost always by the next business day. Like the doctors, the whole staff is quite friendly, caring, and knowledgeable.

We also utilize the in-house grooming for our dog and she is overjoyed to spend the day with Elicia. Elicia does an excellent job and keeps our girl looking beautiful. (And our dog's at-home bath behavior is great, I'm sure in no small part thanks to her routine visits with Elicia). It is also a great comfort to know that she is spending the day at such a safe place, especially when you hear horror stories about other grooming facilities. Here I know that the other pets there for grooming are also patients and will be up to date on all their vaccines. Plus there's a whole office of people who know how to tend to any issue that could pop up! I really am so happy to have been directed to this office and have zero hesitation in recommending it to others. In fact, I always do so when someone I know becomes a new pet parent and try to sway existing pet parents here too.
