Called this place to schedule an appointment and the lady that answered the phone acted as if she didn't want to see me she told me everything about my insurance which was fine but than suggested i go some where else I will be reporting this to my insurance company

They offered to waive my fee for a procedure. They left me a voice mail saying this. My wife and I came in for our appointment and I reminded them of this and played the voice mail for the staff. After my procedure they told me they would not honor what they told me on the voice mail.
This place also has the same equipment my old dentist used 20 years ago. They are horribly out of date. The staff is friendly.
