Very professional but in a friendly manner. Answers questions in a way a patient can easily understand. Reviews all X-rays and other relevant information. Excellent staff from receptionist, dental hygienist Olga and Dr Ing the dentist I had the appointment with. Exceptionally clean office and using the latest equipment and technology. Highly recommend.

I recently visited Harmony Dental for the first time after having a bad experience at another dentist, and it was the best experience I've had at a dental office in my life. I know that sounds dramatic, but I am notoriously critical of dentists because of several less than optimal experiences. A few reasons why this experience stood out: 1. They have tech that I had never seen at other offices before that was critical in determining and treating my issues. I was experiencing tooth sensitivity and my previous dentist could not find anything, but using what I think they said was a new AI powered tool they recently got, Dr. Burkett was able to see a cavity exactly where I was sensitive. My previous dentist told me to use Sensodyne and sent me on my way (which has helped a little, but I am still experiencing discomfort). I was also offered a laser treatment for my excessive gum bleeding, which I am hoping helps. I never realized laser in dentistry was an option! Having used it extensively in skincare, I jumped at the opportunity to leverage the technology. 2.

Everyone was committed to providing me with solutions/things to try to address my dental issues, which was a huge difference from my last experience where I was told that I was just flossing wrong. The entire team was very kind in making recommendations and assisting to alleviate the helplessness I was feeling in the past. It felt like they all truly cared about me and my situation versus just another transaction. 3. Gita, the hygienist was AMAZING. I've never had a hygienist that was so thorough. Unlike previous experiences I've had where I've felt that the cleanings are so rushed which left me wondering if certain areas were overlooked, Gita really took her time to ensure that every part was meticulously cleaned and polished. 4. Dr. Burkett was FANTASTIC.

I really appreciated the types of questions that were asked to enable her to fully understand what I needed. She has an incredibly caring and honest demeanor which was so comforting. And similar to Gita, I never felt rushed - I truly felt like she cared about finding solutions and it was so nice that she was so relatable. 5. Thank you also to Kylee at the front desk for providing a great experience. I never usually feel welcomed when walking into a dentist/doctor's office, but she was very warm and welcoming. 6. I have a great treatment plan now versus having nothing in the past, and I feel confident that my dental health is in great hands! I think it's obvious that I highly recommend Harmony Dental!

Dr. Burkett came highly recommended by my neighbor. I needed a second opinion on a broken molar. She was very thorough, explained the issues with the tooth and gave me her honest feedback on what to do. I would highly recommend her and would definitely go back for any future treatments.
