Absolutely best experience! This was our first time here. My husband was in a lot of pain and the staff fit us in as an emergency with minimal wait. Everyone in the office is knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. Can’t say enough! My husband walked into the office with excruciating pain and left smiling! Highly recommend Harmony Dental Arts!

I’m giving 4 stars because the majority of the staff are incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming. Their approach to patient care is commendable and greatly appreciated. However, during my recent cleaning appointment, I had a disappointing experience with one of the dental hygienists. Her demeanor came across as rushed, impatient, and somewhat judgmental. Her bedside manner left much to be desired—she was quite rough during the procedure which caused all my gums to bleed, then she seemed irritated when communicating with the assistant, particularly when identifying the areas that would require deeper cleaning during a future visit.

Additionally, she switched to speaking Spanish with the assistant, even though the assistant clearly understood English. This felt unnecessary and gave the impression that they were discussing me in a way that excluded me from the conversation, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I also felt unfairly judged regarding the state of my dental health during the cleaning. It's important to recognize that plaque or tartar buildup is not always due to poor hygiene habits and its premature to state "I can tell you never floss. " Cultural factors, genetics, and financial limitations can all play a role.

dental care can be expensive, and not everyone has had consistent access to it or proper oral health education growing up. A more compassionate, patient-centered approach would go a long way. Taking the time to understand a patient’s background without making assumptions or refraining from making unnecessary comments aloud can make dental visits—which are already stressful for many—far more positive and respectful. On another note, the rest of the dental care team including the actual dentist, down to the receptionist was awesome!

I’ve had a great experience at Harmony Dental! The staff is friendly, professional, and always makes sure you’re comfortable from the moment you walk in. Dr. Amna is thorough, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly.

The office is clean, modern, and welcoming, which really helps ease any nerves. I truly feel like they care about their patients’ well-being. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality dental care!
