My family have been patients of this practice for 25 years. Dr Liu judges people and talks condescendingly to patients if they don’t follow the recommended guidelines for oral care (I'm pretty sure there are a lot of people in this category. . .

do they all deserve to be treated like dirt?). Since when is it her place to judge? My daughter went during normal business hours on a Wed. for an emergent situation where she was in extreme pain and Dr Liu refused to treat her until she came back for a cleaning appointment (soonest available was in 2 weeks) and told her she didn't have time for her. We called their “emergency” line on Friday because the office was closed (and my daughter was still in extreme pain) and we received a call back 2 hours later telling us we would have to wait until Monday.

We then sought out care from a dentist who we had never seen before, who worked us into his schedule, to diagnose the problem IN 5 MINUTES and get her the medication she needed to hold her over until a permanent fix could be done…. THAT is what a good dentist does!!! Terrible treatment from a doctor that is supposed to help people!!! Dr Sepesy would have never treated her patients like this so I can't really say this office has been improved. Needless to say, we won't be back.

Dr. Liu and RDA Krystle are wonderful with children and I truly appreciate their kindness, patience and willingness to help my son overcome his dental fears. My experience as a patient and as a mother to a patient has been excellent. I highly recommend their dental services.

I had my regular dental cleaning and exam performed recently. The doctor and staff were very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend their practice to anyone who wish to find a high quality family dental clinic in this area.

I informed the front office of my concerns with their third party billing service and that if it continued, I would leave the practice. The final issue was a pre-estimate for a crown. After calling for a status week after week, I received a text from their office that the crown was rejected by my insurance company and that their office was not in network. They resubmitted my paperwork and said it would be another week or two.

After more phone calls, I found that they were submitting it to the wrong insurance company. Unfortunately for the doctors, their outsourcing is consistently unable to preform basic tasks in support of their business. I left the practice.
