I went in for an emergency appointment. They literally got me in within hours of calling. The young woman at the desk was so nice and her demeanor was so calm which calmed me down. The dentist was on my side went at my pace I’ll be returning for my dental needs.

Out of 2 dental offices i have been at in Lorain ohio yrs ago none of those 2 places understood me nor helped me at all until i found Hayat Dental in Elyria i called about my situation they took me in the very next day ! And they really heard and understood my pain with my really bad tooth and the dental doctor took care of me right away and extracted my terrible tooth and she made sure i did not feel any discomfort or pain during the process! And i can honestly say that i have had about 2 tooth pulled before years ago in another dental place years ago and i have felt discomfort and pain with those but here at Hayat Dental Office the process was quick and i did not feel pain nor discomfort and i was amazed ! I was stressed and worried at first thinking about the pain and discomfort because of my prior procedures of my other 2 tooth from my past in another dental office that was not hayat that was done many yrs ago.

And let me tell you i know alot about the fear of the needles hurting poking your gum to numb it with the medicine before the procedure and i was so surprised because for the first time i did not feel the poking of the needle in my gum she made sure i didnt feel any discomfort while doing so! Over all , if your looking for a good dental office with good caring and careful dentists Hayat Dental Office in Elyria is the go to ! I really loved it ! I highly recommend !

Long review: Thank you thank you thank you. You all did an amazing job. I will be coming back! My son has been in so much pain for over a year and Dr. Ali was the first dentist to do something immediately. Back story: I took my son to Bright Now Dental and they did xrays and found all 8 of his molars had small cavities, but he was 4 at the time so they didnt want to stress him out by fixing them, so they referred me to a place out in Cleveland. We went to the Cleveland Childrens Surgery Center for his consultation appointment, i told him the only thing that my son had wrong with him was that he has emotional asthma; the doctor said he was comfortable doing the surgery and the operation was scheduled around April 4th or 5th. So April comes around and we go, we sit there for over 3 hours and we get back into pre-op, just for two nurses to come and tell me the dentist said he didnt feel "comfortable" soing the surgery. . . . mind you the doctor never once came out to tell us this, i was beyond pissed. I took time out of my day, and schedule to prepare for this just for us to have wasted our time. I wrote a bad review but they wrote something to save face. So i decided to try Metro Health dentisty. So we go there for another consultation and they set up for him to get an operation. Now mind you all the cavities were small, so they were just going to fill all of them but as time went on the cavities got bigger and more painful specifically for one back molar. So they schedule the operation for November 12th. They call me on August 30th to do a pre-op test and we complete it. Not even an hour later another person calls to do a pre-op test, i tell them that i just did one an hour ago.

They tell me I'm all good and that they will call the day before to tell me what time to come in. So i hang up thinking we are all set cor this surgery. November 8th comes; no call, 9th; no call, 10th no call. Now I'm starting to get a big uneasy. So on the 11th I call and tell them my aon has an operation on the 12th which is tomorrow and that no one has called to tell me the time we should come in. They check their records and tell me the operation was cancelled because I didn't complete the pre-op test. . . . WHAT???!!!!!. It took everything in me to keep my cool, i was holding back tears telling them that i did complete it back in August. The guy recheked their records and did see that I completed it, but someone else called and messed up the information. So now the spot that was originally for my son was filled and we would have to reschedule and guess what. . . they were scheduling 6 months out! I said okay and that i would wait for the scheduler to call. So now my baby cant eat without screaming and crying in pain. I have a system of tools and meds i use to clean out the one cavity hole and i put meds in it to numb it and i try to pack the area but that only lasts so long. So in December i took him to the ER and they scheduled him for a consultation with UH Rainbow Babies and Children Dentistry out in Cleveland.

Until then i have been trying to keep his tooth clean and giving him pain meds. But he and i could only take so much. So Feb 10th came and we went and they scheduled a surgery but its not until August 29th of this year. Thats 6 months away. I just took him to the ER a few nights ago and the pain is getting worse. So sunday night which was Feb 16th i looked online for a local pediatric dentist that took emergencies and did extractions. This is when I cam across Hayat Dental. They got me in the next day and Dr. Ali got him in assessed the situation and took the tooth out. She was ao good with my son and my son trusted her. Mind you he is only 5. Now he has no more pain. The stress and emotions i have been going through the past year all came crashing down on me when she took his tooth out and the relief was overwhelming. My son can now live painfree all beacuse of this amazing Doctor. So again. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. From the bottom of our hearts.

Won't go back. The ladies at the desk were nice so I gave 2 stars. I went and Dr. Hayat was out sick. I got stuck with a substitute dentist. I was going in from the parking lot at the same time with some grouchy lady I thought was a patient. Later on I find out she is going to be working on me and I thought great! I hope this goes well. It definitely didn't this fill in dentist barely said 2 words to me and proceeded to be so rough it was awful.

She rudely said what I needed and then they told me I could go. No making an appointment for what Dr. Rude Dentist said was needed and I left. No follow up phone about an appointment. Just nothing. Worst experience ever. Never going back. So when you see their facebook post in your local Facebook group that they are taking new patients, I recommend you keep searching!
