The entire dental experience is unique thanks to Dr. Hayat Ali and her team. Dr. Ali's laid-back manner comforts me, and more importantly, she clearly explains what she will be doing and why. I don't mind visiting the dentist for the first time ever. I now prioritize getting cleanings every six months as a regular priority.

I will continue to be a patient of Dr. Ali for as long as she is a dentist since she is very dependable. I have been a patient of Dr. Ali's for the past 18 years, and I can attest to the excellence of her work.

If you want to experience a third world dentist office, this is the place! Having read many reviews , it IS suspicious that there are many 5 stars and many 1 star reviews with not much in between. Maybe the 5 star reviews ARE phony? I agree with the 1 star reviews after 1/2 hr. in the place. 1st, there was a child screaming in pain, heard throughout the place. Totally unnerving as I have NEVER heard anyone scream out in pain at a dentist office in my life (I am a senior citizen). When I questioned if they use anesthesia, I was told it was the kids fault for not brushing more frequently.

Okay, but Novacaine still works, right? Relatively painless dentistry is a reality in the 21st century. Since many others also complained of painful treatments, can only wonder; are these people merely uncaring and sadistic or are they scamming the insurance companies charging for pain relief they do not actually administer. The waiting room has been modernized and was sparkling clean. Unfortunately, not so for the exam rooms. Reviews read from years ago mentioned torn exam chairs. Well, they are still torn, with some places "repaired" with packing tape and other areas showing exposed foam stuffing which is probably harboring the filth and germs of years and multitudes of patients.

Overall, the exam room was shockingly FILTHY! They were ready to perform a root canal on the spot even though I had not been examined and was only there for a consultation. The consultation took about 5 minutes and was no more than the doctor (who never bothered to introduce herself) looking at my tooth and saying everything is fine. Oh, except for that extreme pain I am having when I bite down. That was fine with me because after having a look around the place and experiencing just a smidgen of how this place operates, I wouldn't let them touch my mouth with a ten foot pole. If there are sanitation inspections for restaurants and food related businesses, it is shocking that this place is allowed to operate and has not been shut down by heath authorities.
