went in to have a tooth filled. dr. told me that he was going to fill it with something although it was a much bigger problem, and chances were that it was going to get infected, but with my insurance he just wanted to “help me” and get me out. almost immediately it was clear that the problem was much worse than it was before, and now, over a week later, i’m in even more pain than i was before, and have to wait for my antibiotics to run their course before i can have the tooth dealt with in the proper way that it should’ve been in the first place.

i’ll wait out the excruciating pain another week just for an appointment somewhere else. this quack is obviously not interested in helping anyone, just making a quick buck.

Looked at my teeth with their naked eye for about 30 seconds gave me a diagnosis that was half correct and not the root of my problem or pain. Missed that I had a virus attacking oral health which was the issue and scooted me a long told me to come back in a month for a cleaning.

Felt like a number that was not really listened to. Would only come here for a cleaning, not if you have any minor to major issues that you're concerned about and want looked at in depth

Terrible customer service! So far I had to wait three days to see dentist I was like okay fine I’ll suffer- people are short staffed I get it.

Day of appointment they cancel- I call to talk to dentist and they never call back- I call again they advise me they will call before close- still no call back-and then they close- guess what still in pain- thanks for nothing I’ll go suffer some more and you figure out when your gonna call me back…

Terrible place! I would give it a zero if I could! I had phoned in that I had cracked my tooth and needed to be seen. The receptionist wasn't listening or didn't care and said the soonest she could get me in was a MONTH later. I saw a dentist who said I needed a big filling and then they told me to schedule and come in.

I come in for that appointment and a different dentist is yelling about a wrong diagnosis while doing my filling and telling me it should be a root canal WHILE doing my filling. Seems like she just wanted the money of doing the filling instead of not doing it and asking me what I would like to have done since they had different opinions! There is no communication between dentists here and they seem not to care about their patients at all! I will not go here ever again!
