I went in twice for severe tooth pain. Xrays were done on my bottom teeth only the first time and a referral was made. ( I did explain the the pain felt like it started on my upper teeth) Pain was awful so I made another appointment and this time the DDS did an exam ( not sure why one wasn’t done the first time) and found a cracked tooth on the upper. Once again a referral was made to the specialty clinic.

My two stars is because I felt that if someone ( myself) is leaving work in the middle of the day to come in for an emergency appointment, a more through exam should be done to try and find the source of the pain. ( I did have a broken tooth on the bottom but come to find out the pain was from both) I ended up at an emergency dentist on Sunday and had the bottom tooth pulled. ( it ended up costing me 200 dollars more then it would had if the DDS would ave pulled it)

I've been visiting this clinic for 20 years. I like to have just one dentist for all my dental work. Turnover is very low and the dentists are the best you will find. Many of the Dentist are U of M graduates. No complaints.

They're are actively discriminating against people on MA with their scheduling policies allowing other people with different insurance to fill up the schedule so people on MA can't get an appointment. Not equitable Healthcare at all.
