I used to like this clinic. Been going here since they opened this location. Highly recommend Dr. Narang. Very disappointed in the clinic supervisor! Was told I had failed appointments & wasn’t aware or notified. When I asked the call center about the policy because I couldn’t find it online (how long/how many appointments missed etc) I was referred to the supervisor.

They left notes for her to contact me 4 times over a month & she never reached out. I left a voicemail & she never returned it. They should make their policy more clear & take into consideration some ppl have MAJOR things going on that not always a 24 hour cancellation can happen. When I finally spoke to her she was very rude & nonchalant & really didn’t answer my questions. As a previous HP/PNC employee I don’t think this represents their mission or values.

Dr. Narang was wonderful and I would highly recommend her. I had seen her once in the past but hadn't been in a while and had some dental anxiety about coming back. I had recently gone to another dentist was quoted 10k in dental work for two teeth. I got an appointment with Dr.

Narang and she took care of the broken tooth at the consult appt and assured me the other tooth (root canal) just needed more time to heal and provided education which I didn't get at the other dentist - they just insisted I needed implant immediately. Throughout this appointment she reassured me, reminded me breathe, took breaks, and was really positive. It was a great experience. Thank you Dr. Narang for a great experience!

I was forced to switch to this office due to an insurance change. I AM SO GLAD! I am so pleased with both the hygienist Linda, and Dr. Narang. I had developed a lot of anxiety about my teeth and dental appointments and I’m so grateful for their wonderful bedside manner. This office is leaps and bounds better than my previous one, on all fronts.
