I’ve been going to this clinic for years and love my primary care physician - that is, if he’s ever available when I need a referral. I’ve been told twice that his next available opening is 2 months - just so I can get a referral to a specialist. The wait for someone to answer the phone has always been ridiculously long and now, I am being told I need to wait 2 months to see my PCP.

This weekend, tried calling to cancel my appointment since I found a different caregiver, and their after hours service does not even work. I called 3X and it kept hanging up so I couldn’t leave a message. Then I tried reaching them via the link sent to my phone for cancellation and it sends me to a page that’s says “Invalid URL”

I spent over two hours trying to schedule an appointment at HealthPoint. When I first called, they couldn’t find any information about my active insurance in their system. I had to contact my insurance provider to call the clinic and verify my coverage. After this, I called HealthPoint back to finally schedule the appointment.

However, on the day of my appointment, when I called to confirm, I was told that no appointment had been booked and they couldn’t explain how this happened. Now I have to wait again and spend more time rescheduling. Very disappointed with the level of service.

My teen daughter was seen by Mamatha Chenepalli there she seem rushed didn’t wait long enough for the numbing gel to work my daughter felt pain and was crying she held her hand up multiple times because she could feel the needle going deep in her jaw the dentist ignored her several times then proceeded to work on her. She was rough and did not acknowledge her pain as well as lacked compassion. I spoke with the dentist after my daughter told me in the car about it crying. I went back into the building requested to speak with her. All she said was sorry with a lack of expression or concern.

Out of all of my daughter's life she has never had a dental anxiety now she fears going to the dentist at 16 years old. This experience has traumatized her. We will NEVER return to that dentist she shouldn’t be working with children absolutely unprofessional l.

Hello to the clinic management, I just wanted to say that I’m very satisfied with all the staff at the clinic. The doctors here are very kind, patient, and friendly. I’ve been coming here for about two months now for my son, and I’m really happy with the service. The appointment scheduling and follow-ups are very well organized. Today is Saturday, and I had an appointment for my son. We met with two lady doctors, and they were both great.

Even though my son is usually very scared of doctors, he wasn’t afraid at all because they were so friendly and kind. The front desk staff are also very helpful. There is a gentleman there who is especially patient and kind. Even though I don’t speak English well, he helped me with everything patiently. I gave a five-star rating because I am truly satisfied. Thanks to all the clinic staff 🙏🙏🥀⚘️🌼🌻🌺
