Absolutely worst service. I have been trying to get an appointment from almost last 2 years they have same answer they don't have anything available and short staff. Can they please understand people does have dental emergencies too. And when I ask for take names for waiting list then she was like acting took names but no phone number to contact back or anything.
why do you even pretending if you not even calling back. they absolutely need better management.

Shout out to this amazing dental office! Megan made scheduling a breeze, which is no small feat when coordinating appointments for 4 children. When we had to reschedule 1 appointment , she went above and beyond by offering an opening the very same day—what a lifesaver! One of my children has autism, and dental visits can be challenging, but the team here made the experience wonderful. He walked away saying, “It was great!” and even mentioned they gave him an extra toy for being so patient.
Thank you to this gem of a dental office for turning what can sometimes be a stressful situation into such a positive and memorable experience. Highly recommend!

Like many people with not so great teeth, going to the dentist usually makes me a bit anxious.. they are always SO accommodating, kind and skilled here. Love this place!

Check-in and the dental exam took 30 minutes. We weren’t there for a cleaning, so that was fine. But check out took 25 minutes because the receptionist, all the way to the right, was chatting with a patient’s father, until the patient got done, then proceeded to check them out before us. The other receptionist seemed to be having trouble with another patient and had no help.
Overall, the people we encountered did not seem very friendly. I was supposed to schedule at West Claremont, but this location got me in today, so I was thankful for that, but I will not return to this location.
