All the staff is great!!! I have been to numerous OBGYN doctors and finally found mt orab healthsource (Dr. Maldonado). And she is AMAZING!! She actually took the time out to listen to ALL my problems (female problems) I was having.
. let's just say she just did my hysterectomy June 19th 2024 at Anderson hospital and she did an awesome job. I will definitely be recommending her to anyone that is looking for an ogyn that actually cares and has compassion! Not disappointed at all and healing amazing from my surgery!! Thank you Doctor Maldonado and staff for everything you do for me and the people!

They don't deserve one star even. . . . I set an appointment 4 months out because they didn't have anything available.
. . . they call me 2 months later and cancel so I call back and reschedule 2 months later I get 2 phone calls an email and a text message the morning of confirming my appointment, I show up 15 mins early and the old lady at the reception desk takes forever to check me in like she has zero clue what she's doing and then proceeds to tell me they tried to call me yesterday to let me know they cancelled my appointment again. After taking off work.
I pull my phone out and show her the email text message from this morning and the call log where they confirmed it twice 3 days before. I told her to forget it I wouldn't be back and to take me out of their system of this was how they were gonna do business I would go somewhere that knows how to properly do their job. This isn't the first time it has happened but will be the last. I do not recommend using mount orab dentistry. They used to be very good but now s lack the ability to do their jobs

They are TERRIBLE. I would suggest finding an OBGYN who actually gives a crap about you and your baby. First, their ultrasound tech that comes in once a week is god awful, she rushed through my entire ultrasound, bruised my stomach all up, wouldn't even attempt to look for the gender because the baby was "too big" which is a JOKE, they completely ruined the entire experience for my fiance and I.
They aren't the least bit concerned with your child's health, much less yours. I'd scheduled two appointments in the same day weeks in advance and once I get there they'd already rescheduled my 2nd appointment without my knowledge or consent.

26 weeks pregnant and so fed up with these idiots switching to another practice. They are never on time, do not relay information, their system is outdated and absolutely ridiculous and they can’t even do ultrasounds at their practice…you have to drive over an hour from this location to another for ultrasounds. They expect their patients to accommodate their schedule.
