Absolutely do not recommend! Was on the waiting list for 6 MONTHS- Missed their call to confirm my daughters appointment. i called back literally an hour later to then confirm the appointment as i was working and they had canceled my daughters appointment because i missed the call. We already waited 6 months for this appointment and they immediately cancelled over a missed call even when i called back in a timely manner.

Service sucks, providers suck and are very rude and non accommodating. Would give 0 stars but i have to use atleast one to make the review.

I’ve been waiting for 35 minutes and they told me it’ll still be another 15 at least. Haven’t been in there for a few years until now, but they weren’t very good last time either. The seats were dirty with holes, the floor was dirty. I just asked one lady at the front desk with straight black hair how long it would be and she was super rude and dismissive of me. If I could give 0 stars for customer service, I would. ETA: I went in and they had me wear the dirtiest x ray shield apron I have ever seen. I need a shower. It was so gross and COVERED in stains.

Very poor hygiene practices. Dandruff on the chair. Literal show prints on the drawers next to me. The gloves they just had in my mouth they kept on to type on the computer and use the mouth. They HAVE to have several health violations here. Yuck yuck YUCK.

One of the worst run medical offices ever! They break HIPPA laws every month. They call me and disclose another person’s medical information to me every 3-4 weeks. I have asked them to stop FIVE TIMES! They continue to do it. Run, don’t walk, away from this place as fast as you can!

I’ve been to Healthy Smiles 3 times now. They were able to get me in so quickly due to cancellations from the weather, I had all appointments within one week. Can I just say I was AMAZED. Do not let a few bad reviews deter you from considering them as an option. They are fast, informative, and great at making you feel welcomed. Not once did I have a bad experience at any of the appointments, even the assistants are amazing.

I’m 23 years old and scared of the dentist, I haven’t been since I was 15. I probably was not the easiest client, yet they stayed professional and the assistant even offered to hold my hand lol. I was respectful and courteous, and was met with the same energy from the Drs, Assistants, and front desk Receptionists. I will recommend this place to everyone from now on.
