YOU MUST READ THIS THOROUGHLY She is a general dentist, not a root canal specialist. In 2019, I visited this office and was advised to get a root canal for my tooth #30. That’s where the nightmare began. After the procedure was done in early 2019, I started feeling pain in the same area around November/December that year. I went to another dentist, who told me the root canal had been done poorly. Why? Because part of the root was left behind! He explained that if he redid the procedure, he’d have to start from scratch and charge me, whereas if I went back to the original dentist (this office), they should fix it for free.

So I returned to this office. She admitted to the mistake and offered to repair it at no cost. This process took months because she had to remove the crown and redo the root canal. Due to the infection in the area, we had to wait for several months for the gum to drain completely before proceeding. Long story short, by 2020, it was eventually "done. " Now, years later, the pain has returned.

This time, I saw an actual root canal specialist. And guess what? The job was still done poorly! But now, due to the infection, the bone is damaged, and the tooth is beyond saving. All of this because she refused to refer me to a root canal specialist just so she could take my money! What does that mean for me? It means I’m out thousands of dollars because the tooth has to be extracted, dead bone grafted, months of healing, and then a costly implant. For the love of God, if you need a root canal, go to a root canal specialist.

I’ve been here since i was 8 years old and they haven’t made me feel in any shape or form that i am not taken care of. It is quick and painless, when i had braces they took really good care of me every month i came by. i highly recommend them especially if you have a big fear of dentist, they are the nicest people ever.
