Dr . Janloo is the best . My kids and myself goes to him . I just recently became a patient when I seen how excellent he does with my kids . I went in for a root canal , I was expecting the worst , he told me everything that he would be doing , an estimated time , he even did an excellent job with the numbing .

I felt nothing ,he constantly asked me was I okay . He made me feel comfortable and worry free . A great experience Even the cleaning of my teeth was great .

I had to miss my appointment because I didn’t get any reminder. The first time I booked an appointment at this place, I had the same experience. Luckily, I had written the date down, so I was able to make it. When I got there, I asked the receptionist if they don’t send reminders. She said they do and apologized if I didn’t get one. Since I was already there, I left it at that.

I knew I had an appointment in February, but I didn’t remember the exact date. With my busy schedule, I was relying on a reminder, just like I do for other appointments for myself or my kids. February ended with no notification, so I squeezed in some time today to call and follow up. The receptionist said, "Yes, you missed your appointment, and you have to pay $25 before we can schedule you again. " She also mentioned that I had missed my appointment in October 2023 and another time meanwhile I hadn't scheduled any appointment. I asked if they don’t send reminders, and she said they do.

They send a text message, a call, and a voicemail. I didn’t get any of these and this is the only place where I have had this experience. I explained that this had happened both times I scheduled an appointment, but she was only interested in the late fees that had to be paid. I just thanked her and ended the call.

Very impressed!!!! I am not an easy client, I do terrible at the dentist and they did an amazinggggg job at handling both my sensitive teeth and nerves. I am seriously so happy with their work!!!! Dentist did a phenomenal job on helping me cope with intense pain and stress reactions to dental work, it’s very uncomfortable for me and he did such a great job in talking me through it.

Not to mention an absolutely great job on my front teeth!!! Wow!!! I haven’t had proper fully shaped front teeth in a while, and he gave me back my smile!!!! I was blown away! He saved me tons of money by offering a different approach and I truly appreciate this, and the care and honesty in his work. I’m going back for the bottoms In a month, and pretty nervous again, but I know I’ll be in good hands with them to help me get through it! Top notch dentist! So excited to complete the bottoms and have a real smile again provided by this 10/10 dentist practice !

I’ve been bringing my daughter to this dental office for nearly 7 years and have always had wonderful experiences—until today. I called to confirm details about an upcoming procedure, but the receptionist was unable to provide accurate information. She initially told me there were no notes from the orthodontist regarding my daughter’s surgery, which was concerning. I then asked her to check again using my daughter’s full name, and only then did she find the necessary documentation. Throughout the call, it became clear that the receptionist was either new or unfamiliar with the process. Her tone was uncertain and not reassuring, which made the situation even more stressful given the seriousness of the procedure. When she mentioned only an extraction—without referencing the full surgery—I expressed confusion and requested to speak with the dentist for clarification.

When the dentist called me back, I asked a single question about whether this would involve two separate procedures. He answered, but also expressed frustration about how I had allegedly spoken to his receptionist. I found this surprising, as he was not present during our call and seemed to base his reaction entirely on her version of events. I remained calm but firm during our exchange, as any parent would when discussing their child’s surgery. At the end of the call, I said thank you and hung up. Moments later, the dentist called me back to clarify whether I had hung up “in his face,” and warned that if I had, my daughter would be removed as a patient. I was shocked by this reaction.

We drive 45 minutes to come to this practice because of familiarity. However, after the blatant disrespect from the dentist, I realized I’m doing a disservice to my family by traveling far for bare minimum. There are plenty of dentist in my area who would love our business. It’s disheartening to see such a long-standing relationship with this office end due to a receptionist’s( Miranda ) mishandling of a serious situation. Instead of addressing the miscommunication, the dentist called me to explain how the orthodontist messed up. I hope this feedback encourages better communication and support for families facing important procedures!!
