I wouldn’t go here even if it was my only choice. They are beyond rude and hang up the phone on you because they think you’re too poor to go there and they want nothing to do with you. The front desk lady hung up on me THREE TIMES when all I asked was if they accept my insurance which apparently she thinks I don’t deserve the respect to just politely say no, she chooses to hang up on you to humiliate you. Why would you hire someone like that in healthcare? I’ll be contacting higher up’s because I am just blown away, truly unbelievable and sad you allow your workers to treat others like that.

EDITED TO ADD: I have the call log. Try gaslighting someone else and own up to your terrible employees. I will not be silenced by your unprofessional business and will continue to spread word and take proper actions against your horrible company.

The staff is quite pleasant and helpful. Dr. Vanessa is an awesome dentist. The front desk personnel has a lot of expertise dealing with insurance difficulties and is extremely good at explaining things. You can watch tv while getting work done. Definitely recommend!

While traveling in Ireland I bit into a hamburger and felt a crunch. Afterwards one of my teeth didn't feel right. My gums swelled around the tooth and chewing was painful. When I returned to the States I made an appointment with Healthy Smiles. They took an x-ray and immediately discovered the problem--a filling that had broken off and jammed between my teeth. I was in pain and didn't know it.

After 40 minutes in the chair Dr. Vanessa had solved the problem and filled my tooth. Thank you for your prompt attention and professional expertise. I really appreciate it. Steve Mitchell
