This place is completely terrible. I just tried to call to make an appointment for my son and stated that he has Medicaid insurance. Debbie, the manager then told me that they are not accepting new patients and then hung up the phone. Something felt off so I asked my husband to call to see and he stated that our son had a different insurance. As soon as he said CareFirst, we got an appointment immediately.

I called back and spoke with Debbie and all she did was make excuses. She said, “oh someone called and canceled”. There was literally only a 5min timeframe between me calling and my husband calling. So someone canceled within 5mins and we miraculously got an appointment?!

This is hands-down the best dental office I have ever visited! They are all incredibly friendly and kind, and are as good with my 2 kids (5 and 6) as they are with me. My mom recommended them to us, so she is ALSO a happy patient! The numbing gel they use before giving a novocaine needle actually numbs (everywhere else I wonder what the point of it is since it literally does nothing for the pain of the needle), and this is the first office where I genuinely haven’t felt pain when getting a needle.

They also send reminder texts about the appointments, allow you to fill out all of the forms online before the appointment, and every visit has been fast and efficient and they’ve gotten me (or us) back in the chair right on time or early! Can’t recommend them highly enough!!!
