Tried making an appointment with this place for over a month. First I had to fill out new patient forms, did that. Then they needed x-rays emailed to them. Had the x-rays emailed two different times.

Received a voice-mail from heart city saying they received the x-rays and that I could call and make an appointment. Called to make the appointment for them to tell me they hadn't received the x-rays yet. I said nevermind I'll go somewhere else.

Just came in this morning for my appointment and I haven't been to the dentist in years and have severe anxiety. Not to mention I waited 6 months for this appointment because they are the only place in the area that accepts Medicaid. I wanted my husband to come back as support and they wouldn't let him and we're quite rude about it so we walked out.

No care or concern about mental health issues or caring about their patients. I'd rather not go to the dentist than be uncomfortable.

By far the best experience I’ve had. After calling dentist all over the area no one was able to assist me except for Heart City. I arrived around 12:30 as a walk-in and they had me back with the hour and the tooth I was having an issue with was removed. The staff was all wonderful and extremely kind. I will definitely be using them as my main dentist from now on!

I first liked this dentist until I experienced really bad tooth pain(i haven't been able to chew on that side for several months. . . )told the doctor which tooth hurt, and they worked on the wrong tooth. . . I feel the cavity on the original tooth, on the backside. I kept telling them which tooth hurt.

I can't even poke the cavity area without it being in excruciating pain. . they put ice on the tooth and it didn't hurt, but put it on the tooth behind it(where the cavity was facing) and it hurt like a s. o. b. They wanted to work on the wrong tooth yet again. Will not come back here.
