Haven't been to the dentist in awhile so I was really nervous, not knowing what to expect. The staff was welcoming and put me at ease. No criticisim, just encouragement and a plan on how we can make things better. Next appointment will find me more comfortable and ALMOST looking forward to going for my scheduled appointment.

After 2 years have passed and 2 visits to a new dentist I felt compelled to write this to hopefully spare someone the experience I went through at Hennage. I have never been a fan of the dentist, and admittedly I was overdue for a cleaning and x rays. According to Dr. Hennage I had 4 cavities, each of which wound require a separate appointment to have filled. For the first filling they injected the numbing agent to a point where I could hardly feel my face or speak, but was in a lot of pain throughout the procedure. I was told that males are more resistant to the numbing and this was normal.

After that experience I elected not to return, as none of these “cavities” had ever caused any discomfort. A year later I went to new dentist for x rays and cleaning and was told my teeth look great. “No cavities?” I asked. “No, they look perfect. ” Unless you enjoy pain and unnecessary fillings I would look for a different dentist.

Henage Dental is a great place to go to for dental care. Dr Brooke is so caring and knowledgeable, it definitely is a pain free facility. Abby performed my cleaning and X-rays and I’m very happy with her. She’s very gentle and kind. This Dental Office is a Christian based office. You are treated with respect, kindness and love. They want the best for their clients.

Very unprofessional. Our appointment was scheduled for tomorrow. Today the called us that our insurance won’t cover the cleaning. We gave again our insurance information and she said they have it , but when they called the insurance, they were advised that we aren’t covered. I immediately called the insurance and they verified that we are active member and totally covered.

I told them that the dental clinic called them to verify. The insurance said that nobody called about our insurance…meaning that the dental clinic shamelessly lied. Can’t figure out why they did that. Be warned, Stay away from this unprofessional clinic and dentist.
