I started coming here 10 years ago. When I lost my insurance I unfortunately was only able to come in if I had pain etc which Dr was fantatic everytime very caring and gentle. I started going recently for pain and he was able to quickly and effectively fix and as a cash pay patient it was very reasonable. Now that the problem teeth are fixed I scheduled a exam with cleaning so I can start getting my dental health back on track. I scheduled an appointment a month out.

I had to get babysitters etc lined up. I get a call at 8am to tell me they have to cancel my 3pm appointment due to a call out because every single other appointment for the day can be handled short staffed? I asked if I could be seen earlier today maybe someone else can reschedule their 3pm appointment since you schedule way to many at the same time slots. Nope. I have to rearrange my sitters my job because they cannot properly schedule accordingly. This also happened when I made my first appointment for pain a few months ago I was called to see if I could switch my appointment due to "Over booking" being that I have to wait 4+ weeks to schedule appointments and rearrange my schedule to accommodate only to be called nearly everytime to either reschedule or to switch times is ridiculous.

The office girls need to spend less time chit chatting all day and start focusing on their scheduling. As much as I absolutely love the dentist, do to his poor front staffing I will have to start looking for services elsewhere after 10 years.

Have been fortunate to find Henderson Family Dental almost nine years ago when I moved from California. Am so happy I did. The Staff and Dr. Schwartz are top notch. They truly care about ones teeth and gums. And they are on top of the latest dental info.

Five Stars! Quick, Easy, and Everyone Was Wonderful! I had a fantastic experience at Henderson Family Dental today! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I was seen right on time, and the whole appointment was incredibly efficient. I especially want to commend the staff. Ryleigh, the receptionist, was so kind and helpful. She made the check-in process a breeze. My hygienist, Laura, was also amazing! She was very welcoming and created a really comfortable environment. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was at ease.

And of course, Dr. Schwartz is always a pleasure to see. He's consistently friendly and professional. I was in and out in no time, and the whole experience was surprisingly painless. If you're looking for a dental practice that values your time and provides excellent care with a friendly touch, look no further than Henderson Family Dental. Highly recommend!
