The staff is very nice. And the things they use in their office makes things so much easier for the patient. However, I think they see too many patients at a time. Dr. Kendrick said several times that he didn’t have much time. He was hurrying through my teeth extraction instead of being gentle & careful. The result is that my teeth, that he hit on the other side of my mouth with instruments, now are killing me; and the tramadol he gave me isn’t working.

Having said that, i do trust his judgement. He’s a typical Navy guy, blunt and to the point. I would much prefer if he was a little slower & more attentive to his patients. Overall I feel he did a great job on extracting the teeth in question. The area doesn’t hurt at all.

I love everything about Heritage Dental. I have no insurance, and they don’t charge extravagant prices. They’re knowledgeable, quick and efficient. Office is clean and tidy. And everyone is so kind and puts you at ease. I also like that me and my children can all be treated there. Definitely recommend!

Five stars isn't enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for. The front desk was friendly, the dental team was professional and gentle, and the whole visit was smoother than I ever expected—especially for a first-time patient. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment (and how often can you say that about the dentist?). Highly recommend!

I always have a very pleasant experience at this dentist office. Emily is my hygienist and she always does a wonderful job and makes me very comfortable. Dr. Kendrick and Dr. Wilson both are fantastic and have an awesome staff. Highly recommend this dentist.
