Nancy (Hygienist) is my favourite. She cleans so thoroughly and thee very reason I have been going to see Herriman Family Dental since 2016. Dr. Fairbanks and team have all been wonderful.

Since I haven’t had insurance for some time my teeth required a lot of work to be done and HFD got me with eleven cavities to now two crowns and zero cavities ◡̈ in no time. Thanks Nancy, I’ll see you for my scheduled cleaning real soon.

I’ve been going here for years, I even moved to Utah county and still drive here for dental visits because I’ve had such a good experience. My family does do all the normal teeth cleaning, cavities, etc… but we have also had baby root canal, broken teeth, crowns and other things so we have in depth experience with the dentist. I have found Dr Fairbanks great to work with.

He is easy to talk to and he is particular—in the best way—I appreciate his attention to detail and the pursuit of perfection. Front desk staff is super friendly as well

TLDR: they'll take insurance money but refuse to provide care. I scheduled a cleaning here 7 WEEKS in advance and let them know I was coming from out of town. When I arrived, they took xrays and the tech poked around in my mouth for about 15 minutes. Then they said they didn't schedule enough time to do a cleaning, so I would have to reschedule.

Then dentist came in for less than 5 minutes and said they would still be billing my insurance, but they had to have me come back for a cleaning. The receptionists were very rude, said they didn't have anything available while I was in town and I'd have to get care in my area. When I asked questions to understand what was happening and why, she snapped at me saying she couldn't predict the future. I was shocked at how unprofessional and dismissive she was.

I don't have a dentist in my area, which is why I traveled for care. I never got my dental cleaning but still billed my insurance for it. Go to Boulder Corridor Dental Care instead, they are great.
