From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles from the ladies at the front desk, who are always pleasant and eager to answer any questions. The entire practice has a welcoming, family-like environment that instantly puts you at ease. Unlike other dental offices I’ve been to, there is absolutely no judgment—just kindness, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help.

Dr. Probst is wonderful—approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to address any concerns with care and patience. My dental hygienist is also amazing—she is professional, kind, and always makes sure I’m comfortable during my visits.

Her attention to detail and gentle approach make a huge difference! The whole team makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience, which is something I never thought I’d say! I’ve already recommended Hickory Dental Care to many of my friends and family, and I’ll continue to do so. I absolutely LOVE Dr Spencer & his crew👍🙏😇❤️ Everyone, from the wonderful receptionist to the Dr are outstanding, they are, by far, the BEST!!! They actually give-a-darn about the care AND comfort of their patients 🙏🙏🙏 I have spinal issues and sitting is VERY uncomfortable for me!! They do EVERYTHING possible to make me comfortable for each procedure even if it makes their job more difficult!!! I was in my 20s when I Was first diagnosed with TMJ. Over the last 30 years, I’ve seen different dentists and specialist. The last 10 years, I experienced constant pain in my jaws and headaches most of the time with no relief. I started doing research and found Hickory dental care. I saw that they approached differently than what everyone else was doing and decided to give them a chance. It was the best decision I made within six months.

I was already pain-free. I Was searching for someone who could fix the problem and Not cover it up with a Band-Aid or medicine And that’s exactly what I got. They fixed it thank you so much to this office. And the icing on top of the cake is that they are all super friendly and very caring.

Awesome service and people. Sandi at the front desk was super courteous and helpful. Emily is my hygienist and she is AMAZING (and I am someone who has had to use sedation bc of bad dental experiences.) Dr. Spencer is also excellent!
