I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else or recommend anyone else to family and friends. Dr. Hider is very knowledgeable and his expertise shows in his dental work and care for his patients. He is very thorough and explains things in detail. I would say I'm high anxiety when it comes to dental care because of bad past experiences at other dental offices but that has never been the case here, I truly know I am in good hands and receiving the best dental care. Dr. Hider truly has the best staff and everyone makes you feel like family here.

The ladies at the front desk are always helpful, anytime I need to make an appointment Samantha always helps me to be seen in a timely manner. Dr. Hiders assistant Elizabeth is always so helpful and comforting during procedures. Thank You Dr. Hider and staff.

Was picking something up, was told there was no co-pay. Just to make sure I asked multiple times when I was there and was told no still. Then 2 hours later they call me telling me there’s a co-pay and demanding I pay the full amount then and there over the phone, which they also charged an extra 3% for using card. Won’t be coming back.

Terrible service. I called made an appointment back on 3/21/2025 for a teeth cleaning. I was super understanding that new appointments are normally 1 month out. Got it. I was scheduled for 04/22/2025.

I called them two days prior to verify my appointment time, for them to tell me there was an issue (no clarification/ or apology) and that my appointment would be moved to 5/22/2025 another month out. I told them never mind, I would go elsewhere this was completely unacceptable to treat a NEW customer in this way. Great first impression… not.

Update back to 5 stars after my son's cleaning appointment was canceled I was very upset. I expressed my concern and was contacted and told come in and Dr Hider will do the cleaning himself! This is why I love this office we all have staffing issues and things that come up but when you right your wrong it shows great character.
