Incredibly friendly staff!! My dental hygienist I believe “Ruby” (forgive me if i spelled wrong or got the wrong name) was incredibly helpful and meticulous in getting my teeth cleaned!! My goto place and cant wait for my next check up!

Great experience throughout the months of going to Highland Creek Dental. Very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere throughout the whole dental office. The place looks refined, modern, and is very calming. Staff is accommodating and very-friendly. Best experience for a dental office I have received and I would highly recommend.

I used to love this place and now it's just become annoying with all this confirming and calling and bugging. I had an appointment set for today at 2:45 pm to have X-rays done and go over a new plan for my teeth but when I checked my phone the message was telling me my appointment would be cancelled if I didn't "confirm" my appointment. The reason why I called back was because my wife kept getting asked if she could get me to confirm my appointment for today like she's my legal caregiver or something.

I miss when they were im Scarborough with the original 2 girls that ran the front they did so good. Looks like I gotta find another dentist now.

This review has been long overdue from last year 2024 when I started visiting Highland Creek Dental Office. I was in search of a new dental office and came across this one in my search that was closest to me. 1) I enjoy my new dental care team. All staff working at this facility are very friendly, professional, courteous and caring. 2) Surroundings are very clean and well kept. 3) Staff and dentist take the time in explaining all procedures before proceeding. For myself, I have a fear of drilling which adds a lot of anxiety and overwhelmed feelings.

However, the most important point in this review is who would ever thought that I would fall asleep in the dentist chair while under all that anxiety and overwhelmed feeling. I also love listening to the communication between the dentist and her assistant. It is very soothing, calming and relaxing. 4) referrals to other specialists are also top notch with the same professionalism and character. 5) I love the bright colour scheme used in decorating, offering a more modern/contemporary feel rather than institutional like. Making visits a pleasurable one. 6) Most importantly, I love all the reminders leading up to my appointments.

Will I recommend anyone to this facility? I most definitely will. A special thank you to everyone for your caring and kind words when I lost my nephew who was only 21 years old. Their new facilities are still the state of the art as their previous facility. Thank you Highland Creek Dental for allocating me to provide this review. I know it’s pretty long but I had to tell my story.
