Came in for a new patient exam and cleaning, was told that I would need 1 filling. Dr. Norah was AWESOME!! She gave me the option of getting it done right then and there so I wouldn't have to come back in for another appointment. The front desk staff gave me an estimate of charges that I agreed to and we completed my whole appointment in like 1.

5 hours. I barely felt anything and she was done with the filling faster than it took to get numb. 100% recommend this office.

I came here initially when I had apple care and I’m grateful that they took me in for a cleaning as a walk in. They said my X-ray and teeth looked great and didn’t require fillings. For my next cleaning, I ended up going back to my old dentist once I got insurance through work, I was told no cavities. Then I decided I’d come back to Highland for the next one because my old dentist stopped taking my new insurance.

Only this time the Highland dentist told me they could see I had 3 cavities to fill and this was WITHOUT X-ray images on hand, so solely going off looks. Why would I stick around the following year for X-rays when you’re already aggressively pushing fillings on me as soon as I have normal insurance? So something weird was going on there and I didn’t appreciate it which is why I won’t be back.

This place is terrible and somehow has erased bad reviews. I went to the Shoreline location mistakenly for my appointment and had the receptionist call the Edmonds office to make sure I should still go there, because it's a few minutes down the road and I went to the wrong place, they told me go ahead. I get there and the woman tells me I need to reschedule, like why would you not tell me that before I drove the rest of the way there.

And she had a flippant attitude about it. The service is also horrible, this was not even a month ago and they said I had no cavities yet I can see one of my bottom molars has a little crack and a bit of a dark spot so they're just like letting it fester until they can drill a giant hole in my tooth apparently. The dentist also refused to grind down a tooth that was overly prominent in my bite claiming the x-rays looked fine, obviously that doesn't matter if it's been a long standing issue for me, she would not do anything.

These people are terrible, I definitely will not go back.
