Well I've never been to a more incompetent dentist in my entire life of 60 years old I lost my son last Christmas and I had a vaping addiction and I was isolating,,, could not go out and traumatized in , but made my upper teeth fall out all happened at once in the last 8 months and break apart and she was condescending and judgmental argumentative ! Argued about me avoiding such a painful and serious surgery and all my upper teeth stuck in my gums just for dentures ! Versus just getting two implants which would work better for me than surg to take out all my upper teeth that are left and remove two crowns that are firmly implanted and not decayed in the front! she just argued no dentist will give me implants for my 2 front crowns that fell out as well all from a year of I never seen anything like it??? She even spoke to me like I was a child? And told me to go home!😯 I love it people that say they don't want to argue but they argue anyway ,, very unprofessionalI was looking for an appraisal .

the appointment was for a CONSULTATION , to make MY own decision! Most doctors would try their best to avoid a very risky surgery!! She not only was condescending and argumentative, BUT also I did not get an appraisal and she wasted my valuable time!!!!

I have searched all over for a Dentist and staff that would truly treat me like family. My wife and I are both extremely pleased and happy that we found Highmark. We will continue to use them for all of our dental care. The dentist is caring, efficient and helps her patients with an affordable dental plan. She makes us SMILE!!!

I made a dental emergency appointment to see the Dentist. Front desk is incompetent. I've had Delta Dental PPO for years and was told that that the fax back they received does not show PPO so I said can yall call but the provider came from the back to say she wasn't comfortable seeing me ????? Was this really about insurance or my race ? I live in the area and if you're a person of color please be careful with this office. I ended up going into another dental office that verified my coverage and confirmed it was PPO.

I'm Happy they turned me around because I found a better place. I'll let God handle them but I just hope nobody get treated like I did here. This is a real experience and I have it all recorded on my phone.

Dr. Skiba is a great dentist. She and her staff are very caring, genuinely want the best for her patients. If you want the good service, High Mark Dental. My husband and have being going to this office for many years and wouldn't want to see anyone but Dr. Sikiba.
