Prior to coming to Hillcrest Dental I felt like my issues with my teeth would never end including paying out thousands and thousands for endless work. Dr Ross understood budgeting, understood how to make MY priorities first with my mouth. I have had no issues with my teeth since going to Hillcrest. The staff is reflective of Dr Ross and they are understanding, compassionate, fun, and above all EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

I literally feel like I have about 8-10 friends at this place. A great source of information is the instagram page for Hillcrest Family Dental! See for yourself the incredible transformation of some of these people! On a side note, my 20+ year old daughter stopped going to her old dentist 5 years ago due to her pain and anxiety. I convinced her to come see Dr Ross and now she will be here for her lifetime. The ENTIRE staff knows how to treat more challenging patients! Love Hillcrest!!

I really enjoy and appreciate Dr. Ross' friendly nature and energy. I hadn't been to see him for a couple years when he first repaired my denture. Ross laid out the cost for me for further denture work. If I can get my insurance coverage for assistance, I look forward to having a new denture made at Hillcrest. It's a very good office.

Bridget Warns

Dr. Ross is a perfectionist which is a GREAT trait in a dentist. I am having an old crown replaced. The first step is to remove the old crown and replace it with a temporary crown. Because the temporary crown fits so perfectly, I keep forgetting that I have it.

I have post it notes reminding myself not to eat anything sticky on that side of my mouth as that could dislodge the temporary crown. Dr. Ross does awesome work. I recommend him whenever someone is looking for a new dentist.

I cannot sing high enough praises for Dr. Ross and everyone I've encountered on his staff. I've had very negative dental experiences in the past (at other dental offices) that have given me some bad anxiety around dental work, and I am not exaggerating when I say that Dr. Ross and his team are so good at what they do that I've literally fallen asleep while getting dental work at Hillcrest Family Dental. .

. I'm that relaxed! The front office staff and dental assistants are very friendly and helpful, and my teeth have been the most comfortable immediately after a visit that they ever have been after dental work (there normally seems to be a few days of me adjusting to a new filling, etc. ). Highly highly recommend them.
