Dr Ford took excellent care of my daughter when she was in severe pain. They got her in right away and gave her treatment immediately. He asked for her favorite music and played it for her during the procedure. I’m very thankful and impressed!

My daughter said the person who cleaned her teeth was nice but, she poked her in the gums a couple times. She did say maybe it was because she herself was twitching though. On another note, while I am grateful I wasn't charged for arriving a few minutes late coming from work, I was told I would need to re-schedule anything after 10 mins. It was barely 12 mins by the time I got to the counter and had signed in. I would rather have my appointment cut short then re-schedule. I thought it seemed rather petty as I've been more than understanding when I've had to wait or been re-scheduled due to an office issue. At that point I had already had my husband bring our daughter to the appointment on time and he let them know I was leaving work a tad later than planned.

It felt like they were just waiting to tell someone, "oh we are so sorry, but you will have to re-schedule, we just want to make sure your teeth are cleaned properly. " Crazy, because in a dental office that generally means 6 months later. I get it, everyone deserves to go home on time. . . it would just be nice to show some grace when I clearly was coming from work and didn't get out on time myself. I also am not interested in following a link to input my information.

Here is my insurance card. . . update accordingly please because I don't work there. I'm kinda already busy with my own full time job and home life.

Like many people, I am always wary about going to the dentist. I had not been to one in about 3 years since we moved to the area. I decided to try this one because of how close it was and the reviews seemed great. It did not disappoint at all. It was extremely clean and well decorated. Everyone was very friendly. I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes.

The exam rooms each have their own x-ray machine so no having to move from room to room or wait for others to finish. The cleaning was very thorough and used a little power washing tool that I'd never even heard of which was much better than all the scraping. There were no attempts made to sell me any products or services that I didn't need or ask for. Overall it was an excellent experience and I will definitely be back. I've also already recommended them to several family members and friends.
