Called to make an appointment, and they were more than happy to start setting one up for me next week. But when I told them that I was with Delta Dental, they suddenly said that they weren't accepting new clients. When I expressed my confusion, they said that Delta Dental limits the number of clients they can have. That didn't make sense to me, so I called Delta Dental myself and asked them if there is a limit, they quickly explained that there is no limit. So when I called Hoffman Estates Family Dentistry back and explained that Delta Dental had no limits on the number of clients they can have. The story quickly changed to that the Dr.

is no longer accepting new clients. I asked why the story changed, and the reply was "the Dr. can sometimes do that. " What? I don't think I could trust this place to tell me the truth.

There's the scent of potpourri when you open the door that immediately makes you feel at home, and the receptionists are extremely sweet and helpful.
