It's a rip off , i went for a cleaning , Ask them for cleaning she gave me the price of$89 , I went there they did XRays and said you need deep cleaning which cost $700 both sides then keep adding g treatments . I asked then I just need cleaning they said either deep cleaning or nothing they charged $89 just for Xrays which is include in deal . refuse to do simple cleaning . I don't know what harm simple cleaning can get done on person. Don't go there .

. . they r ripping g off pl by wrong advertising just to get customers I wish I can gave them 0 stars.

Avoid at all costs. Damaged teeth with bad filling, refused to take responsibility. They knew that one of their dentists was unhappy and leaving, yet chose to allow them to continue practicing. The new dentist seems young, and claimed the previous dentist did "a good job" despite several other dentists confirming this was a bad filling.

I don’t write reviews often, but I need to write a review for Hoffman Smiles because I had the most exceptional experience from the minute I walked in until I left. My son doesn’t like going to the dentist, and they made the experience not only painless but enjoyable as well. All the staff, Theresa in particular, were so kind and helpful. Theresa helped with all the insurance and registration process, and the entire staff welcomed us in and made every part of the process smooth and enjoyable. From check in, to the dental assistant helping with my son, everyone was amazing.

The dentist, Dr. Wahba, is hands down the best dentist I have experienced. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and talented, he was also very honest and kind. He explained and showed us all the work that needed to be done and helped my son relax during the entire visit. Not an easy task! He had a wonderful bedside manner that made my son feel comfortable from the second he sat down.

If you are looking for a dentist, don’t think twice. Dr. Wahba and the entire staff at Hoffman Smiles are amazing!

Longtime customer here. I had appointments here every 6 months for a number of years. I, apparently, did not pay a bill from a visit from December of 2021. I was never told I had a balance following this visit.

I was never contacted by Hoffman Smiles regarding the missing payment. I was never told about the balance at any of my subsequent visits. This only came to light within the past 6 months or so, when I was contacted by a debt collector. Will not be returning :)
