I was floored when a commercial dentistry quoted me over $16,000 for my dental work. Looking for a second opinion, I was brought to Holladay Smiles and couldn't be more surprised by the quality of work, and level of care I found there. The Doctor and his staff took genuinely good care of me and made me feel like I was more than a paycheck to them. From working with me to get my xrays taken again after the commercial dentist failed to send them over, to sitting beside me and showing me what every item on my estimate was and if my insurance covered it, I was very relieved and comfortable with the work I needed done, and the hands that would do it.

I ended up with a quote $13,000 less than the commercial dentist tried to charge me, and I got to keep teeth they insisted I needed to get rid of. Thank you Holladay Smiles! I get to keep my quality of life and my lifestyle because of your fair prices and excellent service.

Do not use this dentist, I have only had bad experiences and I have only been going there for 2 years. The first time, I had a cleaning and dentist check. The dentist never checked my teeth because he was "too busy" and after I waited and hour, I finally left. Yet they charged me and billed my insurance the full amount even though I didn't get the full service. Next time I went in, they put in the wrong birth month and day for my birthday and so it was rejected by the insurance. They said it was not their job so I had to call the insurance company and sort it out.

The third time I went in, they put the wrong dental claim number and so it was rejected. Again, I had to call the insurance company and get the correct number. Very frustrating. Ever time I am in there the staff is just on the phone chatting and cannot be bothered to wait on you within a timely manner. They are not competent.

I am so grateful that I found Dr. Smith and crew! He is fairly priced, explained everything clearly and oh so gentle. Christy at the front desk explained the pricing with a full run down of the work I need. Autumn, Dr Smiths assistant called to check up on me, she is also so kind. I just LOVE this office. Again, so GRATEFUL for Holladay Smiles.
