They all made me feel comfortable! Highly recommended if you are looking for a dentist in the Woodstock area.

Dr. Chin and his staff—Jessica and Maddie—were absolutely exceptional! I’m so grateful to have found this practice. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, warm, and welcoming. The office itself is aesthetically pleasing, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed to put patients at ease. I especially appreciated the extra touches like warm blankets, coffee, water, and TV streaming—those little amenities made a significant difference in helping me feel comfortable and relaxed. Jessica was wonderful from the moment I scheduled my appointment. She was friendly, upbeat, and even made me laugh a few times during check-in.

She clearly explained the billing process and my patient responsibilities, which I really appreciated. Maddie was an absolute sweetheart. She walked me through each step of the process and made sure I felt informed and comfortable. She frequently paused to check if I had any questions, which really helped ease my anxiety. After having a terrible experience with previous dentists, I was incredibly nervous about getting dental work done. But Dr. Chin was outstanding.

His calm, gentle bedside manner made all the difference. He explained my treatment plan clearly and concisely, and during the procedure, he was attentive, gentle, and regularly checked in to ensure I was okay. I truly can’t say enough good things about this practice. *** I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality, compassionate dental care. You won’t be disappointed! ***

So glad I found this practice. I went in for a second opinion and my visit was the most comfortable I have ever had with a dentist. Dr “Chin” was very kind, professional, and honest and his staff was friendly and very caring as well. He explained everything thoroughly and complimented me on taking good care of my teeth.

I didn’t need any further treatment at this time. I look forward, with confidence, to being under his care in the future. Wish I had found him sooner.
