Dr. Ron leader is absolutely amazing ! I had a Super long dental ordeal with multiple local dentists before I went to Ron, just because the other dentists were very close to my house. . . . .
I wish I drove the extra 30 min to his office from the start and went to ron since the beginning of my dental work. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else taking us through the process. I'm beyond happy and seriously cannot thank him enough! He is amazing as well as his staff. Those girls were so comforting and enjoyable to be with. I no longer mind going to the dentist.

Dr Leader is the absolute best dentist in Monmouth County! The entire staff makes you feel like a top priority. They are professional, courteous, friendly & treat you like family. Unfortunately, I am a pretty anxious patient and the assistant is always concerned if I am doing ok or need a break. It is very comforting for me to know that they care about my well being and have my best interest in mind. Dr.
Leader is very thorough and always explains any dental treatment in detail. I always feel comfortable and at ease during my visit. I shopped around locally to 4 other dentists before I chose Holmdel Dental four years ago. I will never go anywhere else ever again!!! I highly recommend this office to everyone I know. They are as professional as they come!
