I broke a tooth on a Sunday evening and I called the office Monday morning and was able to be seen on Wednesday morning which I felt was quite reasonable. At the appointment the dentist came and assessed the problem and told me that I needed a crown. He asked me if I wanted to schedule an appointment or he could see me now. I told him to go ahead and do the work and within five minutes the dental assistant started getting things ready and the doctor came in and started working on a temporary crown.

The procedure went well, the office staff took care of all the insurance information and everything was handled very efficiently. I was treated very nice by everyone I interacted with. Very professional staff.

This was my first time at this office. I was very impressed about the cleanliness of the place, and the immediate and good service I feel I received. It was the best dental cleaning I’ve had in quite a while. I plan to go back.

Really disappointed in this office! First visit I experienced one of the harshest/most painful cleanings of my life (I go to the dentist twice a year so it’s not like I was “behind”). Second visit, I was told they would not do my cleaning unless I got x-rays I had one year ago. (Even the ADA suggests every 2-3 years can be okay.

) I’m not sure if they mean well or they just want to collect more insurance money, but I expected more after all the 5-star reviews I had read.

The staff at Homestead Family Dentistry is amazing! So kind and personable! My dentist is professional and explained everything. On top of that, they have a new super-sonic cleaning device which is much more comfortable than a normal scraping and it’s faster and more thorough! Loved it! Thanks!
