This review is coming from an old man who hates going to the doctor in general let alone the dentist. Dr. Reed and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I can't recommend them highly enough. They took wonderful care of me. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Reed to anyone who needs dental care. 100 thumbs up

Very sociable, competent, and accommodating team. Very clear about my options and didn't oversell care options that I didn't want. A bit chatty for this introverts taste, but most wouldn't react that way.

Five stars, except that getting a return appointment to actually get work done was 2 months in the future. Also, only had a comprehensive exam to date, so can't really evaluate the actual dental work yet.

I had the best experience at Hometown Dental! I was able to schedule online and make an appointment easily. All forms were available online and they quickly accessed my previous dental records from another state. All of the staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend this practice.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are extremely impersonal and incompetent. They billed my daughter for random things that they can't explain. They messed one of her teeth up "fixing" it. They tried to pull teeth for excessive prices that didn't need pulled. Once going to an expert dentist it was noticed that hometown dental did work that wasn't needed for outrageous prices. If you go there check your billing statement. My daughter had a random 600 added to her bill with no explanation as to why. They are rude scam artist.

Its disgusting. Period! After hometown dental replied with nonsense I would like to also reply to them. Number one, not one single person offered to go over our bill with us. They all gave us the run around. When we were told we had to come in to receive a copy of the dental records every single person in the office pretended for 20 minutes that they didn't know how to use a printer. Once they found someone who could she was very rude even though we waited patiently for almost a half hour, insisting we pay a bill there was no explanation for. Never once was foul language used nor were we in any way disrespectful. I find if crazy that you say so since we gave your rude, incomplete staff plenty of grace, waiting patiently. I'm appalled at your blatant lies and your unprofessional behavior.

I would suggest also to not bring in lies about other dentist. This is an outrage to the medical community. I know many others who feel the same about your business. My daughter has never been late on a bill and works very hard for what she has. How dare you try to scam her and blame her for it. It's a shame. I pray you do better for the next patient.
