I saw Dr. Boldish when I lived near Honesdale in 2010-2011 and was VERY happy. I need a dentist who is affordable, competent, and personable. Dr. Boldish is all three. One thing I appreciate at Dr. Boldish's office is that it's modest and simple enough that I feel confident that my money isn't paying for superfluous things. I don't need the extra frills that some offices have (as if granite counter tops and 15 flat screen TVs is going to convince me that I should hire them.

. . those things makes me feel like I am paying for those luxuries rather than just quality dental care!) While all dental care is rather expensive, I called every office in Honesdale and found that Dr. Boldish charges less than anyone else in town for routine cleanings and x-rays. And while I found the best price in town at Dr. Boldish's office, After I saw him, I did not feel in any way that I had sacrificed quality or competence. Great place.

Dr. Boldish is amazing. Old school. You actually see him when you go. And NO WAITING! He does ALL the work. He is an exceptional professional. If you want the old school care with up to date dentistry, see Dr. Boldish. You will not be disappointed!

I walked into a clean office with staff smiling, etc. , professional, and friendly. A very nice feeling to check my mouth for an implant. However I am a bit sceptical regarding the implant there since I live about 45 min. away and have no one to help get me there like I needed this past holiday weekend in the event of an emergency such as I had with my face that swelled beyond recognition.

Dr Boldish closed his office for the day due to him having a cold and refused to see me. My face was so badly Swollen and hurting which ended up having the tooth taken out in Scranton. There was a misunderstanding on this and was told today that the Dr was very ill and couldn't see anyone. After speaking with them today, I was very pleased how concerned they were for my well being. I can't imagine this Dr hurting anyone deliberately and they gave me my check back.

Wow. This review is based on the professionalism of the office and their concern. I didn't have any dental work done so I can't write a review on that.

My wife came out from her last appt very upset. She had 1 fill done by Dr Boldish they fell out after two days, second one fell out last night. He insisted he didn’t do the lower filling except see and I know for a fact he dad and I dropped her off without a filling there and she came back with one in. He would not fix it and now says it needs a roots canal (which is what he said about the on the opposite side, not the one that needs its filling he did that fell out after 2 days refilled. He treated her like what she was saying what’s totally wrong and that she had no idea what was going on.

She had the one fixed and a little spot I the tooth next to it filled. When she first went he said because her from teeth are crowns they could be filled bc they are porcelain. Today he says oh those will have to be replaced. Will not be returning.
